Removed Melanoma In The Chest. Lump In The Scrotal Sac, Bleeding On Scratching. Blood Blister?

I have a melanoma from a mole on my chest that I am having removed in 2 weeks by a surgeon. Today while showering I felt a bump on my scrotal sack and then used a mirro to look at it. It did not appear to be a mole but I squeezed and scratched it and it bleed profusely for a few minutes and then stopped. It was dark red or black. Hard to tell. Is this most likely a blood blister? Thank You. Perry

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi ! I would suggest you to visit your treating doctor for melanoma, as the lesionin your scrotal skin could be a metastatic lesion which can be confirmed by histopathology only. Take care.
