Hello,
In the current scenario, chances of conception seem to be very little owing to the history of on and off spotting in the last cycle suggestive of some breakthrough bleeding and repeatedly negative pregnancy tests. Yet, to conclude definitely, you should get a trans-vaginal sonogram, a blood test for pregnancy and a complete evaluation by a specialist. If pregnancy is excluded, you may have a course of hormones to induce withdrawal bleeding. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
