Regular Period, Normal To Have Light Bleeding Just After Period
I am on day 10 of my cylcle. I am 40 and am regular. My bleeding normally stops on day 3 continue on day 4 and completely stop on day 5. I usually run 2-4 times a week. However, rested from my routine 3 weeks ago. I ran yesterday and today (5K easy runs) again. I noticed that i had some very light bleeding yesterday and slightly more but still light bleeding today. Is this normal?
