Reddish Swollen Penis With Bleeding Bumps. STD?

This started yesterday evening and has absolutely irritated me all night tonight. The tip of my penis is red and swollen and it has these tiny red bumps on the rim of the pee hole. It almost feels like a paper cut when my underwear rub it. It doesn t hurt when I pee. It started bleeding about an hour ago maybe from one of those bumps. Please tell me that I don t have an STD . What is wrong with me?

It seems that you have probably developed an infection. Whether this is an STD can only be confirmed on adequate testing.

You must see a doctor who can examine the penis and carry out some tests so that the diagnosis can be confirmed and treatment initiated.
