Reddish Orange Stuff Blocking Eardrum, Flushed Both Ears. Will It Cause Hearing Disability?

my daughter went to the doctor this morning they tried flushing both ears and they couldnt remove the reddish orange stuff that was blocking her eardrum and she is not liking loud noises such as big trucks are a lot noise in the classroom she goes to the ent tomorrow. should i be concern of her loosing earring are having surgery if they cant remove the substance

I thinks its a Keratosis obturance or granuloma of EAC, better to consult the ENT doctor. Its a temporary hearing loss, if we clear it patient can hear normally. thank you
