Reddish inflamed wound on the leg. Swelling persisting. Oxygen dependent for lung disease

Inflammed leg a wound infected turning dark red. Became flamed within the last 24hours both legs. Have been swollen for the last 4 months since the nurse has seen it it has gotten worse more inflammed and spread The. Nurse. Was here four days ago Also have a lung disease With oxygen 2 tanks at 2.5constantly. I am 62 years old Female

It seems that you might have acute bacterial infection giving rise to this problem.
Diabetic foot is very common so rule out diabetes.
