Reddish Bump In The Pubic Area. Swelling With Crusting. What Is It?

i'm unsure about whether i have an ingrown pubic area or if it is something more sinister.
initially it was in the form of a little red bump however i think i may have irritated it causing a scab to form.
it isn't particularly swollen but it is red and slightly crusty with a slightly oily appearence.
I shave the area frequently which sometimes results in small red bumps forming.
hairs appear to be growing under it.
can you help me??

Hi thanks for writing to healthcare magic. It seems you are having bacterial skin infection due to ingrown hairs.Start using a good antibacterial soap.Apply antibiotic cream like mupirocin two to three times daily. You can take oral anti inflamatory drugs.I hope this will solve your problem. Take care.
