Reddish brown circular spot in armpit, pin sized bruises on legs. What are they? Treatment?

hi i have had a reddish brown circular spot in my armpit for awhile now it look a little dry but maybe not, i also have had red dots like pin sized bruises on my legs that dont cause any pain and are not raised but just weird along with out of nwhere radiating pain in my left leg that doesnt change with movement or changing position for about the last month lol im a mess

Thanks for the query,
Red circular spots can be fungal infection called as tinea corporis.

You need treatment with antifungals.

The bruise on legs might be unrelated to this.
They can be due to low platelet.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact treatment.
