Red Warm Face, Chest Pains, Cold Hands And Feet, Dizziness, Stiffness. Treatment?
Hi I have had a red warm face for as long as I can remember that comes and goes I m tired get chest pains on occasion and my hands and feet get cold often my feet also like to go numb not horribly bad or for long but often or if i stand up I normally get somewhat dizzy and kind of disoriented. Sometimes kind of stiff feelings all over and just tired to move

As you are having dizziness, a consult with ENT should be done to exclude inner ear problems.
For getting cold and going numb, a consult with neurologist has to be done to exclude neurological problems.
Meanwhile, I recommend to take supplements with vitamin B complex.
