Red, swollen blotchy area under penis head, inside foreskin, bleeding. Due to oral sex or STD?
HI, i have a red swollen blotchy area around and under the head of my penis and on the inside of my foreskin . I dabbed at it with a wet tissue and discovered a tiny bit of blood on it, which came from what seemed like a small tear. I haven t been having intercourse, but have received rough oral about a day before i noticed anything wrong. Is this an STD/infection, or is it that i over used myself?

Thanks for your query, Based on what you have posted it appears that you have acquired what is called as
Ballano -Posthatis after a rough oral sex.There are less chances of STD as you had no vaginal sex.
Please take some antibiotics like Doxycycline along with Anti inflammatory drugs like Diclofenac twice daily for a week.Observe clean personal hygiene .It should be fine in a week.
