Red Spots On Stomach, Chest And Back. Signs Of Dehydration. Suggest

my friend has small red spots all over her stomach , chest and back. there s alot of them but the aren t grouped together they are all seperate and all over. now she s been having signs of dehydration like the last week but i ve been making sure to check on her alot and keep the fluids in her... what could these spots be??

Hi there,
Welcome to HCM.
I am suspecting fever with rash like illness in your friend. Usually viral could be chicken pox. I suggest you get in touch with your GP for examination of those spots to rule out chicken pox. Mean while if they are itchy, I suggest application of calamine on them and lots of water intake for the dehydration symptoms. Thanks.
