Your description suggest that there is a subconjunctival hemorrhage (a small bleeding within the white layers) in your eye which happened all by itself. This normally clears off by itself in about a couple of weeks time. take lot of citrus juice/fruits to help it resolve faster. If it does not decrease in size within a weeks time consult an ophthalmologist near your place.
