Hi,

Noted your history and understood the concerns.
The symptoms are that you have a feeling that you may need a toilet anytime that means you can develop the urge to pass stool anytime.
The colonoscopy showing a red spot mean there is inflammation.
But you have not mentioned anything about the biopsy, reports or so hence I can not really comment upon the correct diagnosis.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the stool tested for 3 days.
Tests of blood, particularly for Thyroid, liver and pancreatic functions.
CT scan of abdomen.
Review colonoscopy and biopsy of the red spot if still present.
An opinion of a Gastroenterologist.
All these will give us some diagnosis which can be specifically treated.
If all the investigations are normal then the cause can be IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome. Reduction of stress and anxiety helps a lot in such a case.
Also needed is adjustment of the foods and beverages as per suitability of your intestines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant,
