Red Ring On The Tongue Turning To White Post Kissing. What Could The Cause Be?

well i had a red ring on my tounge which is now turning white but both were painless i also kissed a female saturday night and for some reason notice the red ring the next day i dont think its an std because herpes usually takes 2 to 20 days so do i have anything to worry about is this just a burn on my tounge from coffee and it appeared late and the white ring is from it healing

it can be burn,bite or aphtous lesion which can be found at this place. i dont think this is herpes infection,but if symptoms persist or there are some changes in size and color,you should visit ENT for further testings.
