Hi, The infection of acne on your face appears to be virulent, so you may need to have culture and sensitivity and have treatment according to that report, which says to which anti biotics your infection will be sensitive in order of preference.
So i advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis an dtreatment. Wash face with cold water several times, with out soap. Thank you.
