I have an itchy irritation on my testicals it has been there for a couple weeks or longer it would seem to get inflamed a little so I would apply antibiotic cream and I would forget about it for a couple days well this went on for a couple 2 or 3 weeks then I woke up one morning and I had a blistery sore like red puffiness about the size of a dime that was about an eighth of an inch raised off of the skin on my penis well I started applying nystatin cream for fungal infection. I assume this is jock itch well I have been applying the cream for about a week and the itch irritation is pretty much gone and the pain from the sore on my shaft has eased considerably but this evening when I got home from work I had a small pain from the crease between my leg and my groin up high about 2 or 3 inches below the belt line so I applied pressure and theirs a small knot or toughness about the size of a bb or a pea and the skin right below this where the effected sore would have laid against the leg has a raised puffy mass about the size of a cigarette lighter that seems to have fluid behind it maybe but is red and puffy but no itch really I do not wear underpants if that matters at all I don't know I just want to know if these symptoms are consistent with jock itch
