Red patch on penis skin, itching, dry rough tip, unable to retract foreskin. Treatment?
there is a red patch on the outer skin of my penies. The tip of the penies is also itching. The skin on the tip of the penies is also rough and dry. Noticed this in the last two days. I am also not able to pull back the foreskin for cleaning and washing. I want to know the reasons and treatement. My email address is YYYY@YYYY

You tend to have collection of smegma and urine under the foreskin. It is better to see a surgeon/ urologist and get checked.
U may require circumcision if the foreskin is very tight.
