Red lumps on base of penis and scrotum. Not pus-filled. What could they be?

Hello I m 26, 210 and very healthy. I noticed two days ago I had two small red lumps with a black scab in the middle of them at the base of my penis around the middle part of the pelvic region to be more precise, yesterday I now have a couple more around my scrotum . I tried to squeeze and there was nothing in them, what could they be?

If the lesions mentioned by you are asymptomatic, then as per the description given by you they may be angiokeratomas.
It is benign condition and does not cause any harm. No treatment is required.
For confirmation of diagnosis, visit a dermatologist.
