Red, Itchy, Hot Rash From Hip To Ankles Causing Fainting. Cause?

I have a red itchy hot rash , which almost feels like a bruise , from my hip to my ankles with started about 10 hours ago. My temp is 95.1 and I fainted a few minutes ago.... Any advice ??
