Red Itchy Foreskin, Swollen Glands. Had Circumcised Twice. Solution?

Was circumsized twice 10 years a go. First time in may second time in sept. Do to scar tissue . when soft skin still covers glans . I think I might have been to rough during masstabation. Now glans is red itchy forskin is swollen and difficult to retact. Tried antibiotic cream but didnt help what can I do? I don t want a third circumsion!

Hello

Thanks for your query.Based on your statement it appears that you have what is called as Mucocutaneous Candidiasis..Are you diabetic ?because this is one of the presenting symptoms in Diabetes.Please get your blood sugar level fasting and post lunch done to rule out Diabetes.Depending upon the results consult your Family physician to get following drugs prescribed.

Tab Fucanozole and some Tropical anti fungal cream like Crotonozole or Mecanozole.Avoid sex till it heals completely. I think it should be fine in a week.
