Red Itchy Bumps On Cheek, Dry, Rough
Hello i have noticed that there are some small red bumps that are itchy on my cheek . After i take a shower the whole patch on my cheek is very dry and rough is there an treatment for this? I ve had it for a week now.

try the following:
eladi coconut oils is available in all leading ayurveda stores. apply the oil over the effected area and retain for 30mts. wash with green gram powder paste instead of soap.
