Red, Irritated Patch, Discoloration After Waxing Underarms Repeatedly. How Will It Heal?

Hello. I went to a beauty salon to get my underarms waxed and the woman was having trouble pulling the hairs out so she waxed the same spot several times in different directions. I had red, irritated patches of skin afterwards. Now, it is two weeks later and my underarms still have a discoloration on my armpits, a darker color than my skin color, in patches. What can I do to heal this or how long will it take? Thank you.

Hi red itchy patch over the armpits after waxing is due to irritant dermatitis .it is mainly caused by repeated movement of the instrumentt causing waxing irregularly.it can be cured by antihistamine at night.antibiotic.and application of elovera cream along with sternon-g ointment over the area decreases infection .to decrease darkness use a mild steriod like mometasone and keto-b ointment
