I have about 6 reddish pimple like bumps all around my vagina , milky white discharge and it s not like cottage cheese. This discharge has an odd smell that I can t describe. Whenever i wipe from using the bathroom the bumps become very irritated. I had unprotected sex about 2 to 3 weeks ago and the guy has ad sex with at least over 20 different girls. What is this?

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
A history of unprotected sex, foul smelling vaginal discharge and bumps on the external genitalia is suggestive of sexually transmitted infection.
The vaginal discharge should be examined - routine microscopy, culture of the discharge and drug sensitivity should be done.
This investigation will identify the causative organism causing the infection.
Avoid sex till the symptoms clear away.
Practice safe sex and use barrier method of contraception.

Thanks and take care
