Red Bumps Across Shoulder. Applying Antihistamine Cream When Irritation Flairs Up. Cause?

Hi ...I have about twenty red bumps across my shoulders which seem to regress by the morning but by evening are itchy and irritated again. I have been applying an antihistamine cream when irritation flairs up, which helps somewhat. I just wondered what the cause might be. They seem to have been around for several weeks now. Any advice gratefully received. Thanks.

Hi i think it is called urticaria or milaria due to eccessive sweating.use of antihistamine.antibiotic and calamine can cure the bumps
