Red Bump On Vaginal Opening, Itchiness, Sore To Touch, Watery Pus Discharge. Causes?

Hi, 5 days ago I got a red bump just outside the opening of my vagina . The bump was red, really itchy and sore to touch. It was really uncomfortable. After examining it, I noticed that it was developing a whitish head so I squeezed it and watery puss came out of a tiny pinhole in the middle, but it didn t go down- I thought it was just too soon to pop. It was open for a couple of days. I noticed the same thing today but it looked more like a dome. So I squeezed it and again, watery puss came out, followed by water. Is this a pimple? or?

As per your query you have red bump on vaginal opening with itching, sore to touch and watery pus discharge.
The characteristic feature appears to be problem folliculitis. This is a common problem due to simple infection in the skin causing redness and pus.
You have not told your age and the time since the problem is present. Even then go for blood sugar check up. If it is normal then there is nothing to be worried.
Do not scratch or even try to touch the area unnecessarily, apply any antibacterial cream such as fucidin or mupirocin or gentamicin 2 times a day in a very thin layer so that it should not be visible to naked eye. You can take a course of antibiotic such as ciprofloxacin or cefadroxil for 5 days along with pain killers.
The things will be totally alright by simple measures so do not worry.
