Red Bump On Penis Shaft Turned Temporarily White On Treating With Hydrogen Peroxide. Is This Normal?

I had an ingrown hair on my penis shaft and I pulled it out but it left a red bump so I popped it and pus and blood came out so I put hydrogen perxiode on it and the area turned white for a couple minutes then went back to being a red bump. What could this be?

Hi,

As you have popped the bump of ingrown hair, a cavity has formed. You should keep it clean and can use antibiotic cream.
Hydrogen peroxide due to its reaction on skin, it turns white for some times. There is nothing to worry.
