These pinhead sized red brown dots may be petechiae
which are an indication of low platelets- the cells that help the blood to clot. It would be advisable to have your son examined by a pediatrician
immediately to confirm the same. Your doctor will also get a platelet count
if they feel the need to do so after examination of your son.
Till then try to avoid any injuries or falls from happening.
