Hello there.

It may be a fungal infection of the vagina which presents with itching, curdy white discharge , reddness and swelling (bumps).

The other possibility can be that you have got skin irritation and inflammation from wet undergarments, use of any hair removal creams, or douching.

You need to visit a gynecologist for examination and treatment.
Meanwhile avoid using any irritants or creams over the area. Keep it clean and dry.
Use plain water to wash the area after toilet use.
Avoid intercourse.
Change your undergarments frequently with use of loose cotton undergarments.

Take care.
