Recurring Redness In Folds Of Labia And Buttocks. Using Hydrocortisone Cream. Help

I have reoccurring redness within the folds of my labia & buttocks for months. Hydrocortisone cream is the only thing that keeps it at bay. I have been to the clinic several times & test positive for yeast . I have had allergic reactions to creams & diflucan... One treatment cream did not worsen the symptoms but white discharge & redness continue.

Hi,
As you get redness and discharge there might be having secondary bacterial infection as well.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course after consulting your doctor.
Apply triple acting cream locally.
Take Cetrizine for itching as itching precipitates the infection.
Keep local part clean, dry and airy.
Avoid using synthetic inner wear.
Ok and take care.
