Recurring Painful Cysts On The Buttocks. Scars Upon Removing The Abscess. Permanent Cure?

Hi, for many years I've been getting boils and sometimes extremely painful cysts forming on my buttox. I've tried drawing salves which helps remove the abscesses, but leave some fairly grotesque scars and they keep coming back. I have one right now that's extremely painful and I'm getting sick of this repeated song and dance.
