Recurring Joint Pain, Shivering, Mild Fever. No Relief Even After Taking Medicines. Advice?

hi i am ill, had 3 beers at home last evening, couldn t sleep last night due to joint pain, shivering & mild fever , then i had Paracetamol , at 7.00 am, slept till 1pm, had fever & shivering again, again had medicine tea & breakfast, had bath with warm water at 4.30 pm, felt good but again feeling weakness & temperature since 6 pm.. please help me, this fever is highly annoying.

get a cbc done along with xray chest get a physician consult,theres a lot of viral fever aorund also will have to rule out malaria
