Recurring Intense Burning Sensation Inner Thigh, Feeling Skin Is Touched By Something Hot. Suggestions?

I have a recurring intense burning sensation on my inner thigh. I am male 47 years of age. This sensation lasts for about a second. It first occurred @ 2wks ago, then a few days later. Recently it has reoccurred every few hours. There is no visible sign on the thigh. It feels as though the skin is being briefly touched by something quite hot, then disappears immediately.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Few reasons are as,
If bilateral as,
Deficiency of calcium,
Hypertension,
Diabetes,
Thyroid disorder,
If only one thigh may be due to skin disorder.
Consult a physician/ dermatologist and get physical examination, blood according to consulting doctor.
Good luck.
