Recurring Episodes Of Cold Sweats, Nausea, Diarrhea, Fainting Feeling. Normal Blood Reports, Healthy Lifestyle. What Is The Cause?

My mother is 66 yrs old. In the last 6 weeks, she has suffered from a cold sweat, nausea , diarrhea and feeling very faint upon going to bed at night. She weighs 68 kg s and is eating well, keeps hydrated and is considered to be in good health. She has had a full blood test set done, with results all clear and fine, but these episodes are becoming more frequent for her. The last two were just 2 weeks apart. Please could you help with a general direction to go forward - neurological ? Gallbladder ? Hormonal ? Thank you. Anita
