Recurring Cold, Rib Cage Hurts On Moving, Painful Neck, Shoulder Blade, Ears Blocked. Remedy?

Hi, I had a cold , thought I had come to the end of it. It appears to have come back again, with pain in the right rib cage and it hurts on and off if I move, but does not hurt to touch. I also have a painful left neck and shoulder blade. The pain is a sharp pain.my ears are blocked and I feel light headed and feel very nauseous and both hands keep locking at different times.

Thanks for writing to H.C.M. for your query.

I have gone through your query and as you said that you have cold, pain on your rib cage and your ear is also having pain, your pain is extending to your left shoulder and neck.

On considering your complaints it is clear that you are suffering from ACUTE RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTION WITH ACUTE OTITIS MEDIA, since you are complaining of pain over your rib cage also therefore we should rule out pnumonia as well.

To manage it you should take -
(a) Antibiotic- As per recomondation by culture and sensitivity report.
(b) Anti inflammatory.
(c) Mucolytic and decongestant.
(d) Steam inhalation.

I hope this will help you, failing it, it will be better to consult your physician.
