Recurred Sore Throat And Red, Itchy Rashes On Groin Area After Being On Course Of Antibiotics. Should The Medicines Be Continued?

My son has just been on amoxacilan 250mg 5 mls 3 times aday for 7 days for strep thoat/scarlett fever? Has rash around groan area. He just finished his last does on friday the rash was almost gone however today he states his throat is more sore now then when he started and the red ichy rash has returned does he need another dose of antibotics? or is this something else?

after going through i suspect it to be viral as antibiotics are not inneed in vira; it can subside but not cure as it recurs again
it will take 3 week for viral to go of its own
need medicines to control symptomps accordingly
like anti allergic
tabs ointments and antipyretics
fluid in excess to increse platelets
