Recurred Pimples, Black Patchy Marks, Scars On Face. On Hydroquinine, Tretinoid, Mometasone Ingredients Cream. Suggest
Hi,
i'm 25 years old. I had more pimples and marks. Went to dermatologist. She prescribed many creams one by one as previous prescription was not shown good improvement hence she often she chanaged the cream. All the cream had hydroquinine,tretinoid,mometasone ingredients. Initial usage of this gave good results. skin was glowing and fair. After few days, skin came back to its pimple and marks. Now having open pores, dark scars, black patchy marks all over the face. Pls help me

thanks for writing to us.
As you have acne prone skin so any steroid based cream can flare up acne. Therefore you may follow following suggestions
Use a salicylic acid based face wash two times in a day
Apply Azelaic acid cream( aziderm) and tretinoin based cream( revize) every alternate nights.
please do not expect immediate results. This would not only regulate oiliness, shrink pores to some extent but also reduce marks and scars. Follow this prescription atleast for a month or two.
