Recurred Dizziness, Off Balance, Yellow Bile. Detected Inner Ear Inflammation, Treated With Antibiotics. Thoughts?

hi ,four weeks ago i started to feel dizzy off balance and sick i got signed off work with vertigo ,doc told me i had a inner ear inflamation the second time i went and the third time said infection of inner ear and gave me antibiotics,i have been ok for nearly a week but started again yesturday being off balance ,now this morning i have been sick yellow bile and im very dizzy again,what could it be .

Hi,

Perhaps the infection is back again or has shown resistant to the antibiotic use.

Therefore, I suggest to get another cure with other antibiotics (orally and topically) together with anti-vertigo drugs.

Hello,

If I understand clearly you say that you are vomiting yellow bile? Do confirm.
If that is the case then it simply means that you are probably having an infection (probably of the inner ear) and you had been having an empty stomach.
They are other causes of dizzy spells which could come from hypoglycemia, anemia, heart diseases etc.
I suggest you see your doctor again for full medical exams and perhaps an another treatment option.
I also suggest you take antivertigo medications to help with the dizziness.
