hi bhavesh...its sweet of you to be concerned about your wife.. i suggest get her CBC, diabetes, liver profile, thyroid and vitamin D3 and B12 checked... she might be having some deficiency due to which the weakness is happening.. make sure she eat healthy foods daily like all kind of fruits, almonds, walnuts, oats, ragi porridge which is very healthy, jowar roti, dals, veggies, salads.. she can also eat eggs, chickne, fish , sprouts if she is a non veg...make sure she drink lot of water.. give her multivitamin like centrum daily..take care..

General & Family Physician Dr. Pavan Kumar Gupta's  Response
Hello
A year is too long a time for a person to recover from the so called typhoid after effect.
There must be some other reasons for her weakness which should be explored and investigated.
Most common causes are
Anemia
Hypothyroidism
Diabetes
Depression
Please consult a physician and get necessary investigations done to arrive at the root cause of her problems.
Thanks
