Hi dear thanks for your question ,and your one tube is ligated and you have 6 miscarriages due to factor 5 clotting disorder, dear due to ligation of one tube chances of conception decrease by 50%and factor 5 clotting deficiency doesn't effect conception, but as mentioned is responsible for abortion, your first priority is to get conceived ,carrying pregnancy comes afterward. clomid is clomiphene citrate is used for induction of ovulation, you continue with this medication, and you can go for follicular study to look for ovulation, and also completely investigate your husband for infertility.chances of conception are there, though low .
