Recovering From Bronchitis, Congestion And Cough, Stressed. Done EKG. Normal SR, Abnormal T Wave, Anterior Ischemia. Meaning?

I am recovering from bronchitis (still congested and coughing periodically) and have been under a lot of stress recently. I just went in for EKG and received an abnormal reading -- normal SR, abnormal T wave, consider anterior ischemia, and incomplete RBBB. I am wondering whether my lung congestion and restriction, and the fact that I was talking and moving slightly during the test could impact those results.

No moving and talking doesn't affect the results but if there is a RBBB which wasn't there earlier you will have to get evaluated by cardiologist
