Recommend Tests For Symptoms Of Adrenal Failure And Thyroid Issues

Hello. I have had symptoms for years which represent adrenal failure/fatigue and thyroid issues. I do not have a primary care physician, as I've been traveling all year. My condition is worsening and it is causing my business to fail due to the lack of energy. I need testing, diagnosis, and treatment immediately, but if I call, I'm told I have to wait weeks to get a new doctor. Should I attempt emergency room or are there other solutions?

Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern ad understood your query.
Of course adrenal insufficiency is considered emergency and can not wait too much, especially if you have signs and symptoms (fatigue, nausea and vomiting ect).
So i would suggest you to go to ER for a quick evaluation.
Hope i have been helpful,
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
