Recommend A Diet Suitable For Thyroid
Hi, Two day s before i got the blood test report of my mom which shows the level she have thyroid and the range is showing 44.05 in where it should b 4.smthing, I got realy afraid nd wants to know what type of food she sjpuld consume to overcome this disease. doc has prescribed medicine but i wnt to know the food and diets to control this. plz help.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is thyroid dysfunction disease then it can only be treated with medicine alone no need to eat any special diet for this, but medicine is must with regular follow up hope this information helps.
