Hi there Sunnyswani.

There is a lot that can be done & then again there is only that much one can do to 'limit' or 'stop' the hair fall.

It all depends on a visual assessment what can be done to grow hair.

Off the cuff, i would advice to put you on a medication called Finasteride that was originally sourced for prostate hyperplasia but a side effect was development of excessive hair.

In conjunction, get asessed on the ground by a dermatosurgeon/hair transplant surgeon & that can be a very good option depending on budget constraints & expectations et al.

Use a broad toothed comb; Do Not shampoo often..2-3 times/week should suffice; Dont handle hair are all some general measures that can be employed.

A diet rich in trace elements & minerals with biotin being a key element is worth indulging in.

Do get in touch with a competent dermatosurgeon for the hair transplant & if in Bangalore, you are most welcome to get in touch with me for this to take it further.

Cheers & Good Luck!!
