Reasons For Cramping In Ovaries With Orange Color Discharge When Wiped

Hello, I always have cramping in my ovaries but last night they were really bothering me so I used the bathroom and when I wiped it was a light orange colour, and I still have the orange colour almost 24 hours later. It doesn t hurt to pee or anything but my ovaries are still hurting me more then normal.

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concern. Your symptoms of pain over the ovarian region associated with fresh spotting suggest the possibility of ovarian bleed, mostly seen with ovarian cysts, provided you are not suspecting pregnancy. You need a proper clinical assessment by a specialist along with a sonogram of the pelvis, preferably in the trans-vaginal route. The hormone imbalance associated with the situation is the cause of the spotting and needs to be corrected. Hope your query has been clarified. Wish you good health.
