Reason For Vomiting Feeling When In A Car?

My boyfriend has been getting really car sick, but only when he is in my car. When he s in his car or my dads it doesn t happen. He will get really dizzy and have feelings that he s going to vomit... He can t even be in the car with me for five minutes it gets so bad... I m trying to help him figure out what it is and what we can do to help it... He s not feeling well at all right now.

I think, you boyfriend has specific phobia, that why he has anxiety symptoms only in your car. In that case, few antidepressant with relaxation exercise could help him. He can also do exposure therapy that would help to decrease the phobia or anxiety symptoms about your car.
