Reason For Thigh Tightness And Discomfort After Exercising?

I recently started going back to the gym and I noticed my right upper thigh was tight in the front, and did some squats and I experienced a very odd sensation. It felt like I had been electrocuted, and the zap spread across my upper thigh. It felt like I had been zapped and the current ran through my veins. That really is the best possible way I can explain it. No pain, but that along with a numb sensation.

This is simple inflasmmationof tendons and muscles which associated with simple muscle spasm. Applying analgesic and antiinflammatory cream twice daily for one week and oral non steroidal antiinflammatory drugs 3 times daily for 5 days.
