Hi ! Good eveining. I am Dr Shareef answering your query. I am not sure if you showed it to a surgical specialist (General Surgeon ) or not. If not I think you have to see one for a physical examination to rule out a cellulitis of the oral cavity due to infection in the swelling or any other pathology which might need some special investigations like histological study to diagnose the condition. If you have already shown it to the general surgeon, you have to get it reviewed again by him. Without knowing the nature of swelling by a physical examination/investigations , it may not be possible to opine on its management on line.
