hi every time i polish my nails i get dulling pain in my hands and arm i have been using nail products with out dbp in them the three known bad products in nail polish i love nail polish and want to where it but dont know what my choices are can you help thank you

as this can be a muscular ache. since it only pains post application. like, one might suspect it to be a strain happened while performing the action of applying.
kindly do it gently and slowly without applying and strain and I am sure you should be fine.
