Reason For Heaviness Of The Eyes?

Hi I have been referred for an MRI scan on my brain as I have been going to ent department for vertigo and reoccurring ear infections, but recently I have had heavy eyes especially right one and my bad ear is the right one too and now a vein that pops up on my temple sometimes and feels heavy I am 30 years old

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having recurrent ear infections of right ear and a dilated vein over the temple following which you are having swollen right eyelid.
Since you are not having any other visual complaints the eyelid swelling can be secondary to reactionary edema of the ear infection and inflammation of the artery involving the temple.
Hence I advice you to consult your ENT doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
