Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Chronic diarrhea needs evaluation now. It can be chronic infection of malabsorption.

Try these steps to see any change in diarrhea:
• Avoid dairy food and notice if diarrhea stops or not.
• Avoid gluten diet for some time and notice.
• Following baseline labs will help blood CP. LFTs, RFTs, stool Re, and stool test for ova and cyst, stool leukocyte count, anti-TTG antibodies, and stool test for H pylori antigen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rehana Kousar
